My Journey to Health

Although it's been raining mostly, we had a great weekend. This image I captured a year ago during a week long training at Silver Falls State Park near Salem Oregon.

 

I titled this image "My Journey to Health", which is the image I used for my new running and fitness blog here. I've always wanted to record and share my progress, so I figure it was time. Any thoughts and/or suggestions is much appreciated.
