1# of shallot sets purchased from White Flower Farm this spring equals 10#'s of beautiful Holland Red's! Sauted shallots are my fave allium for flavor, similar but more complex than the other alliums .... onion, garlic or leek (I grow them all!) Great keepers to boot!
