Charlie Tayler Waterwheel, Idaho Springs
I've driven past the Charlie Tayler Waterwheel more times than I could possibly remember while trekking to and from the Rocky Mountains for whatever reason. On the way home from Steamboat Springs recently I decided I wanted to get there soon for some photos. I met with a new friend from Instagram and as we arrived it was cloudy, with a few minutes of light rain. It wasn't promising, but soon enough the clouds broke and illuminated the waterwheel beautifully. Spectacular evening!
