I don't know much about birds, but I believe this is a Prairie Falcon. Please share if you can confirm. I also believe this is a female, as there was a fledgling on a fence post 20 yards away. This is the only time I have not had a bird of prey take flight upon my arrival, and the fledgling was certainly the reason for this. I got some photos of the fledgling as well. I came across them east of Byers, CO and south of State HWY 36 the same morning I snapped the image of the crop duster. It's another image that made the morning rewarding in so many ways.
