Seated midway between Bath and the fabled ship building yard at Bath Iron Works (est 1884) and the Damariscotta River – home of the best oysters this photographer has ever had – Wiscasset is also home to Red’s Eats, a family-run establishment which has served up lobster rolls since 1938 – voted the best in Maine since Down East Magazine began publishing best-of polls.
