I caught a couple of meteors
13 seconds and ISO 10000...somehow I bumped some buttons in the dark when I was trying to get 30 seconds and a lower ISO, but I did catch a couple of meteors. We were at friends' summer home and it was really dark except for the campfire he had burning in the backyard, so a few of the photos had the stars blocked by smoke from the fire. I assume the dotted lines are satellites blinking as they move? If you are looking for dark skies, they are pretty easy to find in Newfoundland!
