Leaching Pipe on Brick

In the far back of the antique mall you find the remnants of the old mill. This was in a room with a huge scale built into the floor.

 

The finish on the pipe is not all paint, but some combination of paint and chemical leaching from the mortar/drainage. The same holds true for the white on the brick wall.
