Old Italian Factory In Dekemhare, Eritrea
Following the italian invasion in 1935, Dekemhare was originally intended to be the industrial center and transport hub of Eritrea (Africa Orientale Italiana, or AOI). The town was one of the primary agricultural areas for the colonialists, where they grew grapes in their vineyards for wine. You can still see some spectacular former buildings.
Eritrea is one of the safest country on Earth with the nicest architecture to see!
