Marks from yet another Prolotherapy session...didn't help to stabalize my SI Joints but the giant needles they use sure left me with large needle holes and bruises (this was one of the better sessions). The injections were done on either side of my Lumbar spine and all all around both sides of my SI Joints and glut's (I didn't really want a picture of the SI Joint injection sites!! This pic has enough "glut" showage all on it's own!)

SIJD, from mobile to immobile with too many years spent crawling myself up the stairs or my husband carrying me up. We finally broke down and purchased a stairlift...another layer of humility lathered on the cake! year 2007
