The world through my eyes

I signed up for the 07/07/07 event on flickr months ago, before I found out that I'd have to work that day. So I decided to make the best of it and take photos along the course of the day.

 

So this is the view from my desk through my eyeglasses. Because I'm very nearsighted, the image through the lens seems smaller and further away. Is it any wonder that I prefer my contact lenses? (But it's one of my favourite frames.)
