It's frustrated when one of your favorite recipes just REFUSES to work overseas. This is a good example. However, the disaster was made complete by the fact that I dropped it on the floor on the way out of the oven. I have since made at least 2 perfect pies after finding all of the American ingredients at an ex-pat store in Milton Keynes.
