The Slope
This series is from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park near Kanab in southern Utah. This dunes are pretty unique in that they are composed of sands eroded from the red colored sandstone layer common in this part of the US. They have collected here to a unique location in a 'U' shaped valley oriented just right to move north in the summer and then south again with the winter winds.
I know this color may seem a little on the crazy side. I didn't pump it up in PS but it did come out exaggerated because of the early morning light - the same way colors in my slot canyon shots come out exaggerated.
