Sun kissed

As well as Hever Castle which I posted yesterday, there were a couple of other castles that we visited this weekend.

To the right of this view is the lovely Bodiam Castle. I was busy taking a long exposure shot of it with my Canon set up on a tripod which left me time to step away and take some handheld shots of my immediate surroundings with the Sony. It had just finished raining so the ground was nice and wet, allowing it to glisten slightly.

The weather is turning colder here in the UK, it’ll be a rapid descent into winter I think. Though there is plenty of sunlight in this image it certainly doesn’t evoke a summery feel. Luckily I’m spending most of November in warmer climates with Argentina and Jordan on the agenda.
