Spikes

Ferrofluid magnetic liquid.

 

I used a small bowl, poured some of the liquid in it and then put a magnet underneath.

 

Zoomed in all the way with the 7Hi (7x) in macro mode and used a +1, +2, and a +4 lenses as well. No tripod was used, hence the picture was a little shakey. Manual focus, and flash.
