This is Spiderman. He's two years old and has severe congenital glaucoma, so he's blind in his left eye, and almost blind in the right eye. He was also just shaved, hence the "scraggly lion" look. He's extremely sweet, and despite his vision problems, still enjoys playing with toys and exploring.
