Checking on the status of a UPS order, I was surprised to see this information. When I looked at it around dinner time, it cited an unexpected event that might cause a delay in my delivery date. I see that, by 9 pm, my shipment was back "on track." This came as a relief, since I had ordered some items from surpluscomputers.com that are no longer available in retail stores. Good job, UPS! Seen on September 19, 2008. Update--the package did, indeed, arrive on time. Good job!
