Performance project with the public's participation
Y8 looks at the possibility of establishing the philosophy and practice of yoga within art by transferring it to the architecturally and socially codified context of exhibition spaces. Each session starts with an introductory talk followed by a practice of breathing, postures and relaxation. Sessions led by the artists Benita-Immanuel Grosser.

You may participate in any number of sessions. No experience required. Beginners are welcome. Mats and equipment are available on site. Dresscode: preferably white. Duration: 90 minutes.
