DL 405 C420 - DL OCS @ Scranton, PA

Following the opening ceremonies for the Von Storch Locomotive Shops, the Delware Lackawanna ran an inspection train up the Carbondale Line and back, then proceeded to downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania to tie down outside the Radisson Hotel for the night.
