Early Winter in Yellowstone

It's October and the first dusting of snow has arrived. Although it will all melt within a few days, it's just an early-warning of what lies ahead. In the depths of Winter, most of the park is completely unaccessable, except to snowmobiles and skis as temperatures plummet below -20C --- Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming (Oct 2008).
