The Dragons eye in Mammoth Cave
Finally made it to a bucket list location for me, Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. We did 8 hours of cave exploration and did not see a fraction of what there is to see. Need to go back someday for sure. As always, it was a challenge to go without a tripod. Oh the images I could get if they would let me shoot a proper photo. They also make a ranger trail the groups on the tours. At first that made me mad, but after seeing the damage done by idiots when the cave used to open to all, well, I get it now. So what to do when the ranger is in every frame? Make the best of it. I was hoping this ranger was going to spin her flashlight behind her. She eventually did and this is what it looked like. I did not plan this to look like an eye, but it sure does. I will take it.
