They bring the grilled fish to the table and then somebody else comes along and removes the head and the larger bones at the table. The fish was good, but was not nearly as good as the other dishes. We wanted to try, beef, pork, fowl and fish, and mainly we threw in the fish because the review indicated that "Animal's chefs do better with fish than with meat" but everybody at our table heartily disagreed with that assessment.
