NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 22, 2012) The Military Sealift Command large, medium-speed roll-on/roll-off ship USNS PFC Eugene A. Obregon (T-AK 3006) is the primary cargo platform for a joint-logistics-over-the-shore (JLOTS) exercise August 12 through 26 off the coast of Virginia Beach, Va.
