Needs holes for nails or screws, and the faceplate for the thumb latch needs to be punctured, as well. Handle is a left-handed double helix; appendages are right-handed single helices. Biochemically correct only if you're thinking Z-DNA.
The thumb latch has been made but it makes for a very uninteresting photo. As does the strike plate for the other side of the gate.
