with "roaming permissions" I gathered these photos today at an event in Arroyo Grande... the Rhett Bell Scholarship Foundation Fundraiser; sponsored by Pampered Chef - Consultant: Ariana Spaulding... 25% of all sales generated from this event will go to fund the Rhett Bell Scholarship Foundation.
