Tom, Dick and Harry, Mt Hood National Forest, OR.
When I hiked to the top of the ridge, I was confused. I didn't know if I was standing on Tom, Dick or Harry. There was no sign and to further my anguish, the very next man who followed us to the mountaintop was asking if anyone knew the name! Perhaps we were the only two who were worried about the names of these peaks. I am sure the hardcore climbers, hikers and mapmakers would know the name.
It was just an amazing view from the top: a complete 360 view with several glacial peaks. But the undisputed king of all is of course Mt Hood! It was a fantastic view of Mt. Hood from here. The piddly pond of water is Mirror Lake. Puritans would argue that shooting with mid-morning light is very sophomoric and any Tom, Dick and Harry would take a shot like this, but I find blue skies with dramatic clouds just as pleasing!
