Jack had to visit the vet as he had what we thought was a sore on his foot, being 11 they wanted to take blood as they thought they’d have to sedate him, turns out it was lucky they did as they’ve found he has kidney disease 😔, after all that they couldn’t sedate him because of kidneys so had to clean his paw which turned out to be infected and not a sore but an open wound which needs glued. So while it’s open and he’s on antibiotics he needs his cone of shame on, to take him back to have it cleaned glued and dressed in a couple of days and switching him to a diet for his kidneys. Hopefully it can be diet controlled and won’t need medication! Only time will tell!! Not stopped him from playing though xx
