Woodend Hawk Cropped

I think this is a Red-tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis), flying high above the Woodend Nature Sanctuary, in Chevy Chase, MD. It was far away, and heading into the tree line, but I did some extreme cropping and processing to bring out a smidgen of details in the bird to try to identify it.
