Carolina Wren at Woodend

Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus) on a thorny bush in the Woodend Nature Sanctuary, in Chevy Chase, MD. These little songbirds are hard to photograph- they move around so quickly, hide in underbrush, and don't stay still for more than a second.
