DOF mashup

I saw a few people ask about depth-of-field stuff after seeing Er!ck's picture...

 

It's pretty easy - the aperture relates to depth of field in that a larger aperture (smaller F-stop) means shorter (tighter) DOF.

 

Simply put - larger F-stop, greater DOF - smaller F-stop, tighter DOF.

 

Compare the strings/frets on the guitar in the picture, and you'll see...
