My new ride parked at the office
I've been commuting with my mtb these few weeks and enjoying it. It is 30-minute ride through some crazy road (Jln Eunos) but very satisfying.
Back view. My 2007 Kona Lana'i parked just behind where I sit, at the office. I added some lights (a Cat Eye HL-EL135 in front and a Cat Eye TL-LD1000 behind) and a mirror (Cat Eye BC-500G) for safety. I also have an Amoeba JY-R1 rack connected to the seat post.
Update: Also changed the front light to a brighter Cat Eye HL-EL320 (1000 candlepower) and moved the HL-EL135 to the fork.
My helmet is a basic Prowell with a small red LED attached to the back and a small white LED attached to the front.
I also affixed a Cat Eye Velo 8 cyclo-computer, an entry-level device that gives me the important info I need.
The Chainstay Guard is a red Lizard Skins.
