Fannypack Repaired
I’m a little bit known for wearing this blue Eddie Bauer fannypack. I picked it up in the discard area of my apartment building in San Francisco circa 2006. But I only stared really wearing it on a daily basis when I moved to Berlin in 2013, as I needed a better way to transport my daily objects and empty my pockets for comfort. In the last weeks the zipper of the main pouch finally gave out. I took it to a nearby tailor to have a new zipper installed. Cost was 15€. I could have purchased a new fannypack but I prefer to repair and renovate as much as possible instead of buying new things (this is what my parents practice). And it was nicer to be a customer of local business. My fannypack is now back in full service.
