Sprouts and Bacon

The sprouts usually get the bad press when it comes to Christmas lunch. I have to say that I don't mind a brussel sprout or two with my Christmas lunch, and this year they were gently tossed with the streaky bacon (removed from top of turkey before browning it) and made to taste absolutely amazing.
