Turkey Cooked
To complete the set here is our turkey ready and out of the oven, now resting for 30 minutes before carving. Yes, we slightly over-did the browning, but the darker patches are where the sausage meat had been put under the skin to help keep the meat moist.
Have to say the end result was pretty good, it wasn't dry, and carving it was easy:-)
