Spitfire Recovered

Here we have (what I think is) a Spitfire having just been been recovered back on board the carrier ship. You can see the crosswires which the plane caught onto on landing on the flight deck.

Anyway this was just a model, at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovil.
