Like the backgrounds in musicals, environment in a forest park can change very fast during the fog season. At first, everything is still crystal clear and visible about 20 meters. When the fog aggregate, mountain path surrounds you with a totally different atmosphere, even if you stand at the same place!
Somehow this reminds me of the "Phantom of the opera", in which the theatrical settings change amazingly.
