Hong Kong #84 -drumscan
This is a dual footbridge connecting the Hang Seng Bank Building with Central Market.
In the meantime I found out that it was built in 1991, so the 80ies is not a bad guess, since it must have been planned in the eighties definetely. Architects were Wong & Ouyang (www.wongouyang.com/PJcom-menu-A.html) apparently, this was once a building on the seafront, so a lot of reclaimed land there - I wasn't aware of that!
