Crested Fireback (Lophura ignita)
From Taman Negara National Park, Malaysia. Although Taman Negara is an excellent place to see these birds in the wild this one appears to have been injured and raised for awhile in captivity. It was released and is roaming the grounds but does not seem to be being accepted by the wild groups in the area... Also roaming the grounds are 'semi-tame' wild boars and long-tailed macaques. f/5.6, iso 1600, 1/80
