Grande Moocow 1
This is the Grande Moocow Platter Deluxe Special at Chez John.
The grocery store periodically runs a buy one get one free special on the Taco Bell taco kits in a box, so I got a soft taco one and a crunchy taco one.
Using their seasoning mix, which isn't too bad, I slathered these hot tortillas with butter, then meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, japaleno, cheese, and their taco sauce which comes in the kit. Garnished with avocado. Ate the whole damn thing.
Excuse me now while I moo. And waddle off to the vet's scale to get weighed!
