Eicher OJ-1605 Jones & Emmons Atrium Living Room

The greatest charm in these tract homes is indeed the atrium. My kids play there, we sit out there, the dogs lay in the sun. Some people enclose this space to enlarge the Eichler's living space, but in my opinion doing that takes away the whole essence of living in a "60s Eichler."
