To combat the sads last night of being back in my apartment by myself, I decided to set out on a culinary endeavor and try this "life changing" loaf of bread and a delicious dinner of kale/tumeric/chicken/mashed avocado.

 

Both *actually* turned out pretty decently, and I'm pretty excited about this bread. It's GF *and* vegan and the recipe is really flexible and allows for a fair number of substitutions (pan type, seeds used, sweetener used, etc.) so although I've only eaten a tiny slice, I highly, highly recommend. Is super easy, too!
