Kainama, Nord-Kivu, RDC: Une population en liesse a accueilli avec des chants et des danses la délégation du commandant de la Brigade d’Intervention (FIB) de la MONUSCO, le général Jacob Dyakopu et le commandant des Operations SOKOLA 1 des FARDC, le général-major Cirimwami Nkuba Peter, en visite à Kainama le 17 août 2020. La visite qui visait à rassurer la population suite aux récentes atrocités commises par des ADF, a été l'occasion pour la MONUSCO d'annoncer le déploiement d'une unité sud-africaine pour renforcer les FARDC sur le terrain et la réhabilitation de la route Eringeti-Kainama.
