A l’occasion de la commémoration ce jour de la Journée mondiale des compétences des Jeunes, les contingents de la MONUSCO organisent à travers la RDC diverses activités visant l’autonomisation des jeunes garçons et filles congolais. C’est dans ce contexte que le Contingent indien de la MONUSCO a ouvert, ce 15 juillet 2020, un Centre de formation professionnelle à Goma pour former les jeunes de la région dans divers domaines, avec une attention particulière aux femmes. As the Planet is commemorating today the World Youth Skills Day, MONUSCO contingents have organized throughout the DR Congo various activities to empower young Congolese boys and girls. In this context, a Vocational Training Centre has been inaugurated this day, July 15, 2020, in Goma by the Indian Contingent of MONUSCO for the purposes of training the local youth population in various areas, with a particular attention to women. The initiative may contribute, not only to achieving peace in the province, but also to protecting the vulnerable section of the population. Photo MONUSCO/Force.
