Beni, North Kivu Province Congo: The Undersecretary General (DPKO)Mr. Lacroix and the Director General (WHO)Mr. Tedros Adhanom of the United Nations were in Beni as part of their visit to the DRC. They met the Mayor of Beni and also held meetings with the Beni Security committee and civil society to find their views on the security situation around Beni and how the civil society can work more effectively with the EVD response.
