As a non-native speaker, who has started up polishing his rusty school English of 1977, by participating in flickr groups and other social platforms for some years now, it was very hard for me to understand and make sense out of this instruction. With a little help by a dictionary, I hope I got it now.
The answers referring to my personal primal scream are all documented in this little interview:

In my daily job as a newspaper photographer I am very much focussed on documentary photography and illustrations. Street photography gives me more a chance to scan the world from a different point of view.
Such as everyday life with more focus on art, multiple layers and storytelling. (The latter is s.th. I sometimes miss in street photography at the moment).
Okay, what I like in this particularly photography is a certain symbolism and irony.
The shadow on the lady could be identified as Pinocchio, Donald Trump or Boris Johnson, who represents liar, asshole and clown in one person (so definitely fits for all of these fine gentlemen), the (First) lady stands for the rich upper class society, which always flirts with money, authorities and elites.
The British flag on the white Brexit balloon is a nice benefit.
The B-side looks like a real primal scream, which I did some minutes before, as I noticed a father shouting for his little daughter, but that appears to be tooooo literally on the brief IMO.
