The 1965 v noted that the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service had acquired land in "Glen Waverley for a new residential centre to replace the ‘Maryport’ Centre at Mt. Martha." The new Centre would provide treatment for 100 residents and 40 day cases.
The site is now called the Victorian Rehabilitation Centre.
