World Trade Center Adds Spire

I was able to see the spire being added to the World Trade Center. It was hazy, but I could watch through the glass terrace doors. I stepped outside for the photo, though.

 

This was shot from a terrace in Astoria, NY. That's a good distance from lower Manhattan, about 5½ miles, but it's a very tall building and I used my telephoto lens.

 

The nearby buildings are all in Astoria. Some that are farther back are in Long Island City.
