Muslim Lamb Chops Close Up

I shared this dish with my friend who is writing a book about Queens restaurants and food places. This is enough for four people. It's one of the best dishes I've had in a very long time, absolutely delicious.

 

Four people could order this and a vegetable dish or two and be very happy.

 

Fu Run is known for this dish. It's really lamb ribs as opposed to lamb chops. The ribs are heavily coated with cumin seeds, sesame seeds, and some chili seeds. You can see the seeds clearly in this close up. This is an absolutely delicious dish!
