Muslim Lamb Chops

I shared this dish with my friend who is writing a book about Queens restaurants and food places. This is enough for four people. It's one of the best dishes I've had in a very long time, absolutely delicious.

 

Four people could order this and a vegetable dish or two and be very happy. I'll do that next time.

 

Fu Run is known for this dish. I haven't seen it elsewhere. I don't think it's really lamb chops as much as lamb ribs. The server is seen here slicing the ribs. We were presented the ribs with no utensils other than chopsticks. That's all that was needed. The meat practically fell off the bone.
