Soup Dumplings

About ten of us went out to dinner at Old Szechuan Cuisine in Manhattan's Chinatown. Both the food and the company were excellent.

 

These are soup dumplings. They have filling of either shrimp, pork, or some such stuff plus soup. They're very delicious. We had several varieties of these, so everyone had enough. Is there ever enough? One wonders...
