Ovelia Pulled Pork Sandwich
This is what I had for lunch at Ovelia the other day, a pulled pork sandwich. This was on ciabata and was too big for me to finish. I had half for lunch and half for dinner.
The potatoes reminded me of the way my mother fried potatoes slices. If I weren't trying to lose some weight, I would buy some potatoes and make these every day. Ha!
